Last week a tree that was hanging precariously close to our bedroom was cut down. For six days, two men with axes chopped away at the tree until it came down...
The kids had a new balance beam for a few days...
The end result is a WHOLE lot of firewood ready for the taking!
In other news...we're getting ready for our first visitors to PNG!! Jason's parents will arrive Wednesday morning for a three week visit. I'm not sure how the kids will finish the term this week, but they will have to push through!
It's very surreal to think people we know and love will be HERE with us! So if this space is on the quiet side the next few weeks you'll know why! Hopefully in the next few weeks back to some "real" blog posts about life here and what's happening outside of Sunday snapshots.
