I did a series of posts last November, leading up to Thanksgiving, about things, people and everything in between that I'm thankful for. I remember enjoying the series because it really helped get me focused on truly being grateful, content and in awe of all the many ways God has blessed me and our family. So this year, I'm doing it again :)
Day 1...
Today, I'm thankful that over 2000 years ago, my Savior died on the cross, rose again 3 days later and lives today...for someone like me...a sinner, saved by grace, unworthy of His love, His mercy, His forgiveness.
The more I continue to learn about who Jesus is, the more I'm in awe of Him. I'm thankful that He never leaves me...always pursues me...always wants me to grow, to be more like Him. I'm thankful He never gives up on me.
What are you thankful for as we head into this season of thanks? Leave a comment here or write it down somewhere so you can look back and see what the Lord has done...you might find it changes your outlook on life.
