Merry Christmas

"For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;

 And the government will be upon His shoulder. 

And His name will be called 

Wonderful, 

Counselor, 

Mighty God, 

Everlasting Father,

 Prince of Peace."

 Isaiah 9:6

This Christmas as we reflect on our Savior's birth, I'm reminded...

-340 million people still haven't heard the message about our Savior's birth. They've never heard about Jesus...this baby who would grow into a man and one day die for our sins. 

-I think more than ever before of those that are serving Him abroad. Their roles range from preaching to church planting to flying, but the goal is the same...to get the Word of God spread to those that have never heard. I think of the many friends we know...the Williams, the Brewers (another fam of 5 in PNG!), the Koski's, the Caldwells, the Crosby's and the Hopkins. Pray for them...for their families here as they celebrate long distance with them.
