A Picture Post

While I'm trying to formulate words that turn into paragraphs, how about some pictures?

This kid and his feet. Shoes aren't mandatory in the country (except at school) and thus this is what we see by the end of a full day of playing.

After a year of searching for chalkboard paint, Jason found a can for me! This is the closet door in the hallway. I'm pretty excited how it turned out!

A couple of weeks ago there was a shipment of cereal that arrived! We splurged and bought a box. Mo loved working on the word search on the back of the box!

It's winter time in the tropics...our thermometer read 48 degrees last Saturday morning!

And even though it's dry season, it's been pretty wet. The girls set up an indoor picnic in the living room one day for lunch.

Craft time! A couple of months ago my mom sent some Texas bandana/scarves. I knew I wanted to do something with them and then decided to make a pillow! I LOVE how it turned out! Thanks mom!!

I caught Mo sitting in one of her favorite places on our front porch. Right now she's the perfect height to stretch out along the ledge. I wonder what's going on in that head of hers?

 

It's that time of year again! The kids started school last week and as usual, the photo op by the tree. I really think D thought he was getting out of it! :) Not a chance my boy!

Jason's back in the air again after being in his cast for about 5 weeks. Pictures of what he's seen soon!
