More About the Bridge


Thankfully, my Facebook has decided to cooperate, so all is right again. Just in case you missed this blog post by our friends that I linked over the weekend, take a minute and read it. It's a great post on what not having a bridge entails for us.


And I know if you've read anything about the bridge, there's been talk about our store receiving a 40 foot container recently. The timing, obviously, was perfect. But why are we so excited about this container? Well, it means that we get some tastes of home that we normally can't find in country.

 Our store staff has put in many, many hours unloading, processing and stocking the store with some fabulous splurges that literally took months to get here by boat. For now, we'll enjoy these treats and when they're gone? Thankfully there's a market full of veggies and fruit...fresh fruit, not fruit roll ups :)
