Days 18 & 19 of 25

Today I'm thankful for the Word of God.

When you have questions about life, there are answers.

Hearing lies from every side? There is truth.

The Word does not come back void. It is God breathed, inspired.

And speaking of the Word...I am thankful for those that, as we speak, are translating the Bible so others can have a copy of it in their own language. Yes, this may seem a little bias since we are in the process of working with such an organization (don't worry we'll stick to the support aspect of it, NOT translating!)

I have grown to have a greater appreciation for Bible translators. The more I learn of the process, the more I'm amazed at what it takes to get the Word transposed into a native tongue. These people have a passion for what they do, for the people they are getting to know and obviously a mission-to make sure everyone, everywhere hears the message of Christ--no matter the cost.
