Monday, Monday...

Monday has arrived and I find myself ALONE this morning. Big kids are at school and little is having some quality time with her Daddy.

Please don't call to check on me...I think I can handle it...but...I'll admit the silence was a little too deafening so I turned some music on.

Things are happening fast on this end {we now have plane tickets!} and I still find it hard to say that out loud with a date attached {January 16}.

I'm still a bit in shock with all the details happening. God is so good.

Our "leaving the country" list is growing daily as is the knot in my stomach as I calculate remaining days.

And someone said THANKSGIVING is next week?! When did that happen??

So being a good procrastinator...I'm posting pictures since it's been too long since we've seen some faces on here.

Someone loves helping me in the kitchen...and getting caught with her fingers in the cookie dough...

D in the human size bubble at the Lafayette Children's Museum
a few weeks ago. Best part of the museum!

We've had some "visitors" at the lake.
Unfortunately, we were defeated and now the can resides in the garage.

When it comes to crazy hair, my kids would rather put purple spray in and call it good.
Did I mention this was the night before picture day? Thankful it came right out :)

Someone got her blonde mullet cut.

Don't mess with these three...they are trouble and will douse you with their DQ drinks if need be!

Our dear friends came for a visit with their two boys.
Poor sweet boy got dressed up by my girls. He was so patient.

Late night quality guy time with Pops...in the garage...

I'm soaking in all the fall colors Texas brings...
going to miss the seasons changing!

If you can call running a half marathon with your brother quality time,
then these two guys had a great weekend! So proud of both of them!

Sigh...guess that's all the pictures...now back to that list...
