You've been praying.

We've been praying.

And He's listened and moved.

Saturday night because of new individuals combined with the dinner and the outpouring of the community...our ministry team became complete.

Again, I find myself pretty speechless at how awesome our God is and how HE moves and works. If this pattern continues, it's going to be hard to keep up this blog!

So many played a part in Saturday night and many have no idea they have been used for the work of Bible translation.

*The newspaper article that ran two weeks ago talking about our ministry spanning the entire back page. Even with an error in the date of the event, people are still talking about us and the dinner as late as yesterday...at Dairy Queen of all places! Small town living...when you go somewhere and people say, "HEY! Didn't I read about y'all in the paper?!!"  I love Texas!

*The businesses and individuals who donated items for the auction.

*The people that came who spent insane amounts of money on things like coconut cake, cinnamon rolls and hair product...haha!

*The some 200 people who bought tickets to eat things like venison and goose meatballs...and squirrel stew.

*The church family who wanted to do an event for us and spent hours blitzing surrounding communities getting the word out. The hours of food prep, decorating and clean up. All the while, they were smiling, giving of their time and resources, saying "You're letting us bless you...thank you."

I've been in tears off and on for about two days...humbled, grateful and in awe of how the Lord uses His people to give, to pray and encourage this little family of five.

My heart is overwhelmed.
